ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

The below terms and conditions govern the sale of lab chemicals by Ryze Chemie (seller) to any entity or person (buyer). By buying goods from seller, the buyer agrees in being bound via these terms.

PAYMENT AND PRICES

The price of chemicals is as per the quotation stated by the seller or as otherwise decided upon via the parties. The terms of payment are net days from the invoice date otherwise agreed upon in writing. The buyer shall pay every applicable tax associated with the products purchased.

TITLE AND DELIVERY

The product delivery will be made seller’s facility except otherwise agreed upon in writing. Title to products & risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery. Commercially reasonable efforts will be used by the seller to cater to the delivery dates yet does not assure delivery dates.

BREAKAGE AND SHORTAGE

We do not take any responsibility for loss or breakage during transit. We are by no means under any obligation to replace goods.

INSURANCE

At customer’s request, goods may be insured at a small percentage of invoice value. The insurance charges are and will be calculated itself on the invoice.

TAXES

The costs are inclusive of the excise duties. Central sales tax, sales tax, VAT and Octroi charges along with other levies and duties will be charged additionally as & when applicable.

AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION

No cancellation or amendment of goods will be accepted post packaging of goods for dispatch.

FORCE MAJEURE

The seller will not be responsible for failure or delay of any form to perform owing to reasons beyond the reasonable control, comprising yet not restricted to acts of government, acts of God, material shortages or labor disputes.

By purchasing goods from seller, the buyer acknowledges that the same has been read, well understood, and agrees to abide by such terms.
